阳光明媚的早晨，上海高藤致远创新学校周一的晨会在庄严的国歌声中举行。本周的主题依然是《高效能人士七个习惯》中的第四个习惯“双赢思维”，小主持人是来自十一年级的陆同学、沈同学和陈同学。

On a sunny morning, Monday’s morning meeting is held amid the solemn sound of the national anthem. This week’s theme is still the fourth habit, “Win-win thinking,”from the seven habits of highly effective people. The young hosts are Raven, Fiona and Cynthia from grade 11.

主持人们先向同学们解释了双赢的定义: 双赢思维就是一种利人利己的思维方式，利人利已者把生活看作一个合作的舞台，而不是一个角斗场。

The hosts first explained to the students the definition of win-win, win-win thinking is a way of thinking for the benefit of others, those who benefit from life as a stage of cooperation, rather than an arena.

接着，主持人们用我们耳熟能详的龟兔赛跑的故事来启迪同学们，乌龟和兔子如果合作，各取所长，能更快地赢得比赛。因此我们要优势互补，合作共赢。

Then, the hosts use our familiar story of the tortoise and the hare to inspire the students, the tortoise and the hare if cooperation, each to their own strengths, can win the race faster. Therefore, we should complement each other’s strengths and work together for win-win results.

那么如何才能实现合作共赢呢?我们要注重从以下几个方面着手：尊重差异，互相帮助，微笑竞争，居安思危，适当妥协，团队合作。

So how can we achieve win-win cooperation? We need to focus on the following aspects: respect for differences; help each other; smile competition; be prepared for danger in times of safety; appropriate compromise; teamwork.

学习和生活中都要具有双赢思维，好的人际关系需要沟通，对学生而言，建立良好的双赢沟通意识，逐渐养成在任何沟通场合下，都能够有意识地运用双赢沟通思维进行有效沟通的习惯，达到事半功倍的效果，是学生成长路上的关键一环。

Win-win thinking is required in both study and life. Good interpersonal relationships require communication. For students, to establish a good awareness of win-win communication, gradually develop the habit of using the win-win communication thinking to effectively communicate in any communication occasions, to achieve twice the result with half the effort, is a key link on the way to the growth of students.

双赢于老师、于学生或于家长或许会有不一样的涵义，但通过有效的沟通能实现合作共赢。

Win-win may mean different things to teachers, students or parents, but effective communication can lead to win-win cooperation.
