近期,上海高藤致远创新学校商务课学生进行了一场不同于传统课堂的实践活动,他们来到佛罗伦萨小镇,在那里进行了既有针对性,又富有创造力的校外实践活动。
The students of the business class at SHTCS conducted a practical activity different from the traditional classroom. They came to the small business town called Florence, where they carried out targeted and creative off-campus practical activities.
本次活动的主题是运用本学期学到的的知识,以一个创业者的心态,去调研市场。同学分组行动,A,B,C三个小组迅速围绕队长进行讨论,列出采访问题,化身调研员,熟悉市场。
The theme of this activity is to use the knowledge learned this semester to investigate the market with the mentality of an entrepreneur. The students acted in groups. The three groups A, B, and C quickly discussed with the team leaders, listed the interview questions, acted as an investigator, and became familiar with the market.
虽然在一开始同学们都比较羞涩,不敢开口向店员询问,还认为这是一个不可能完成的任务。但经过不断地自我建设,同学们还是勇敢的迈出步,先向店员询问一些商品情况,等略熟悉之后便委婉抛出自己设计的采访问题,然后顺利得到想要的答案。两个小时一晃而过,同学们从一开始的束手无策到得心应手,最终满载而归,顺利结束了这次实践活动。
Although the students were rather shy at the beginning that they didn't dare to ask the clerks and thought it was an impossible task, after continuous self-construction, the students still took the first step bravely. They first asked the clerk about the information of products, and after a little familiarity, they tactfully raised the interview questions they designed, and then successfully got the answers they wanted. Two hours passed in a flash, and the students went from helpless to handy at the beginning, and finally returned with a full load and ended the practical activity smoothly.

When you are not a consumer, but as a researcher or potential investor, how do you ask questions? Let's take a look at the various questions in each group:
1. What is the turnover of your store?
2. When are the off-season and peak seasons?
3. How many staff are there?
4. What is the average salary?
5. What are the most popular products that you usually sell?
......
同学们自发提出了这样的问题,这恰恰是前两节课同学们模拟商业计划书中需要被提到的问题。当课堂中的理论和实践活动微妙地连在一起,想想都有点小兴奋呢!
The students raised this question spontaneously, which is exactly the question that needs to be mentioned in the students' simulated business plan in the previous classes. When the theory from the lecture and practical activities outside the classroom are subtly linked together, everyone feel excited to think about it!
放飞的校外实践,同样也需要成果。三组同学不负众望,分别给我们带来了各自的展示。
Although off-campus practice is , it also needs results. The three groups of students lived up to expectations and brought us their own presentations.
教育不应该局限于课堂,教学的形式也应该是多样的,正如英国哲学家约翰·密尔所说:在压抑的思想环境下,禁锢的课堂氛围中是不可能产生创造性思维火花的。高藤致远创新学校把教育创新放在至关重要的位置上,因材施教,不拘泥于教师主导的的教学形式,让学生掌握最贴近现实生活的知识,打破传统课堂约束,在“玩”中习得真知。
